Ordering, Shipping, and Returns

ORDERING

Orders can be placed any of the following ways:

Orders received by 3:00pm EST will be shipped same day. 
 
*Emergency or last minute orders must be identified as such when placing an order. Please note any special shipping and handling instructions (additional fees may apply).
 
 

SHIPPING 

We offer $10 ground shipping for all "regular sized" items shipping within the continental US. 
Other shipping options are available upon request, charged at cost.
We ship via UPS within the US and Canada and therefore must have a physical address as UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. If a P.O. box is your only option for a safe delivery, please give us a call so we will see if your order can be shipped USPS.
Orders shipping to Puerto Rico ship via USPS and may face size restrictions.

      RETURNS & EXCHANGES

      Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in clean, unused condition to be accepted for return or exchange. All returns must include proof of purchase in the box, either your original packing slip or a copy of your original order confirmation email. Please indicate on your enclosed proof of purchase if you would like to return or exchange your product. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We ask that you please call or email us at (866) 333-6337 or info@northeastfarrier.com to let us know you are making a return or exchange so we know your shipment is on its way.  

      *We do not accept returns of clearance items.
