Kerckhaert bar shoes are carefully fabricated using the Kerckhaert shoes and the same steel for the bars. Egg bar shoes are most commonly used for horses with underrun heels, navicular, or laminitis. The SX-7 are lighter than the SX-8. Commonly used in the quarter horse and light horse market.
Shoes are symmetrical.
SX-7 are punched for 4-1/2 Regular, 5 Race or 5 Slim, depending on size.
