The Blurton Sportbar Shoes is a steel, clipped, hind bar shoe that combines the benefits of egg and heart bar shoes. Frog support helps to alleviate sore suspensory ligaments while the extended heel surface provides extra support to relieve hocks. This shoe optimizes the weightbearing surface of the hoof, mimicking the barefoot hoof.
With features such as optimally pitched nail holes, and pre-punched stud holes, these shoes are designed with the farrier in mind, as well as the horse.
