Anvil Brand "The Knife" is Anvil's most popular knife. The Knife is available with either the regular 5" or longer 6" handle. The longer blade safely provides extra leverage. The 2-3/4" blade is made from quality steel, easily sharpened, and heat treated to consistent hardness on the Rockwell "C" hardness scale. All Anvil Brand knives are hand sharpened in the USA.
